About Us

Dr Winston Tan received his Bachelor of Dental Surgery in 1992 and Masters of Dental Surgery in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery (OMS) in 1997, both from the National University of Singapore. He served as assistant professor in the Department of OMS from 1997 to 2003. In addition, he is also a fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons and the Academy of Medicine, Singapore.

Dr Tan is a renowned speaker in regional and international circles and has conducted numerous workshops on dental implants and OMS. His special interests are diverse and include dental implants, facial reconstruction and orthognathic surgery.

Dr Rashmi Yash Paul graduated from the National University of Singapore (NUS) with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery in 2003. At NUS, her academic achievements include the Tay and Partners gold medal for best all-round final year student award and the Dr Loh Fun Chee gold medal for the best student in clinical dentistry. She also received the first prize in her final year project and was on the dean’s list.

Upon graduation, she served as a dental officer at the National Dental Centre, School Dental Service and the SAF from 2004 to 2008 and has since worked in private practice. Prior to joining Winston OMP, she was working at Winston Tan Oral and Maxillofacial Practice from 2012 to 2016.

She has a broad range of expertise and believes strongly in conservative and minimally invasive clinical dentistry as well as creating a positive dental experience for patients.

When not at work, Dr Rashmi loves spending time with her family and pets. She is kept especially busy with her three amazing and highly spirited children who are her pride and joy and are key to her boundless patience.

Dr Tsumain Tan Tsieu Fyien was awarded the A-Levels ASEAN scholarship and later on graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Dental surgery in 2000. She received several academic awards during her undergraduate years including dean’s list, the Tay and Partners gold medal for best all-round final year student and Dr Loh Fun Chee gold medal for the best student in clinical dentistry in the final bachelor of dental surgery professional examination. She was also given a sponsorship by GC Asia Dental Pte Ltd for a student exchange programme to the University of Melbourne in 1999.

She worked at the National Dental Centre upon graduation and was head of the dental clinic at the Bukit Batok Polyclinic from 2002 to 2003. She has been in private practice since 2005.

She has attended major implant conferences in Switzerland, Korea, Thailand and Malaysia to update her knowledge on implant dentistry.

In her free time, Dr Tan enjoys baking and spending time with her daughters.

Dr Ng graduated from the University of Western Australia with a Bachelor of Dental Science in 2000. She went on to pursue advanced specialty training at Texas A&M University Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas, USA, where she was awarded a Master of Science and Certificate in Prosthodontics in 2008.

She is Board Certified by the American Board of Prosthodontics, is a Singapore registered specialist, and is also a Fellow of the Academy of Medicine, Singapore. She served as an Assistant Professor at the National University of Singapore’s Dental Faculty from 2008 to 2011, and continues to teach on a part-time basis.

Before joining Winston OMP she was the Director of Restorative Dentistry for Jurong Health Services, where she is currently a Visiting Consultant. In addition to her clinical practice, Dr Ng is a peer reviewer for the International Journal of Prosthodontics and Journal of Prosthodontics.

She specialises in all aspects of tooth restoration and replacement, and has a keen interest in Implant Prosthodontics and Sleep Apnea.
